I'm not sure honestly, The Angry Birds Movie is a different universe from the game in my opinion.
Well, according to the own developers, the movie was meant to change a lot of the canon and to explain ''why the birds are so angry''. So both take place in the same universe.
Although the reason is the same, but it involves many more birds
I remember hearing that, a while ago before the first movie came out. But the movies have some a lot of plot holes.
There’s a lot of ship wrecks in the movies, but in the game series they aren’t. And another thing is the birds living on Bird Island instead of Piggy Island, and how Terrence and Matilda children aren’t in the series.
The shipwrecks appear in the classic Piggy Island map so they exist, The Flock formerly lived in Bird Island and the children was only to give two the feeling of a family.
I still couldn't believe movie and toons being in the same universe, they are just too different to be coexisting
TBH, I think they are complete different universes, as I said before in an older post.
What do you think?
