  • From the very unusual nature of the trailer, the dramatic change of characters, and the fact the trailer was released on April Fools Day, this was revealed to be an April Fools joke.
  • This is the first time that the Mighty Eagle is a villain.
  • This trailer shows Stella and Gale in a homosexual (or lesbian) relationship, as they are seen telling each other how much they love one another.
  • Buffed Stella looks like the POW Pep from Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story.[1]
  • Matilda and The Blues seems to be the birds most alike to their original counterparts.
  • Hal is female for some reason.
