For the main antagonists of the game, see Bad Piggies

For the game with the same name, see Bad Piggies (game)

Named after the Rovio App with the same name, Bad Piggies is the eighth episode in Angry Birds (Surf and Turf is an unnumbered episode) sporting Themes 19, 20, and 21. Currently, there are 15 levels playable, with the remaining levels currently under development. The setting is identical to Ground Hog Day in Bad Piggies (game). There are multiple pigs riding on vehicle-like structures, referring to the style of gameplay in the Bad Piggies game.

There are high chances that the Pink Bird will make her grand debut in Theme 20 or 21.

Trivia

  • This is the first time the Freckled Pig and the Mechanic Pig appeared in the original Angry Birds, however since they were not downgraded to the style of the original Angry Birds' Bad Piggies, they are only found in cutscenes, and on the Level Selection screen.
    • This even goes as far as to when the Mechanic Pig is shown to be defeated following Theme 19-15, despite said level not containing one Pig with the Mechanic Pig's hat.
  • In the first cutscene of the Bad Piggies (game) the Pigs were trying to re-assemble the map to reach the Birds' eggs, but in the Angry Birds cutscene, they already have the eggs. It's a possibility that once they found all the pieces of the map, the Bad Piggies went and captured the eggs. This also possibly means that the Bad Piggies game may be a midquel, between Birdday Party and the Bad Piggies episode, and the Bad Piggies game shows the Blues in the end cutscene of When Pigs Fly. Either that, or the birds moved their nest.
  • Theme 20 and 21 will possibly be based on When Pigs Fly and Flight in the Night. The Pink Bird is likely to make her grand debut in this episode.
  • It is the only episode in which it has a dot in front of it numerical number. Its number is given 8. but in other episodes such as The Big Setup, it's number is only written 4(without any dot next to it).
  • The bad piggies seems to have learned about science. Since a wooden helicopter can be seen in 1-2 and in the chapter selection screen where a piggie is seen to be riding a wooden helicopter.
