Blaster is an Autobird in Angry Birds Transformers.
Appearance[]
Blaster[]
Blaster is visually based on his Generation 1 counterpart, though he wears a visor based on his Titans Return figure. He is a recolor and retool of Soundwave with Blaster's design, including the speakers on his legs, the cassette tape door, and the detailing on his shoulders.
Neon Blaster[]
He now has Cyan Neon lights on his body.
Personality[]
Why should the Deceptihogs get all the cool tunes? Blaster is exactly like Soundwave... Except he's not evil, or scheming, or... Blue. Ok, so Blaster is nothing like Soundwave. Except, wait, they're both TRANSFORMERS... And can load old-school cassette tapes into their chests...
So, to conclude: Blaster and Soundwave are kind of the same and kind of different. Glad we cleared that one up!
Blaster has always loved rock 'n roll, but since teaming up with Bubbles, his musical tastes have become more... Sugary.
Turns out Bubbles' love of candy extends to all things sweet, meaning Blaster's been busting out moves to the latest high-pitched bouncy pop sensations. Have you ever seen a giant robot dancing like your dad? Awk...ward.
Still, Blaster's got it where it counts - those Eggbots are gonna get scrambled!
Game appearance[]
Angry Birds Transformers[]
Blaster can be unlocked either through Challenge Events for 7500 Tokens, purchasing his bundle for 2000 Gems, or from Gold Crates. During gameplay, Blaster's weapon is a rapid fire series of sound waves similar to Soundwave. After firing all clips, Blaster needs to reload periodically.

Trivia[]
- In addition to bearing resemblance to his Titans Return figure, Blaster's head design is also based on his appearance in Transformers: Forged to Fight, another Transformers mobile game, specifically in the fighting game genre.
- Blaster has previously adopted a Scion xB alternate mode in the form of his Binaltech Asterisk figure.
- Blaster is one of the few Autobirds to use a Deceptihog body-type. The others are Strongarm and Warpath.
- Currently, Blaster is the only character in the entire game to have a unique idle animation exclusive to one character; that being a simple hip roll. This is because the character who would become the basis for Blaster, Soundwave, has him twirling his mustache, while Blaster obviously doesn't have a mustache.
- Blaster used to have the exact same sounds as Soundwave during its release, this has been fixed.
- Since Blaster uses the model of Soundwave, this character has a different interaction between Autobirds and Deceptihogs.
