I've been thinking about writing a sort of "how to" or "what not to do" for aspiring users who wish to become administrators not only here, but on other wikis as well. Seeing several wikis grow and new users popping in and contributing kind of inspired this idea.
This won't be a traditional step-by-step or a list of guildelines, since that would bore anyone who would be interested to read it. I'm making it more about my own personal experiences so the text could possibly relate to other people, and have them learn from my past mistakes or something like that. I'd hope for this "guide" to help readers have a better understanding of adminship overall.
Whether this is included in a Staff page or just plain open to the public as a blog is fine either way
