| This article is about the character from Angry Birds Transformers. You may be looking for other versions of Chuck in Angry Birds Transformers. |
When the AllSpark crash-landed on Piggy Island, Chuck was transformed into the reckless Autobird scout, Bumblebee (also known as Bumblebee Bird).
Appearance[]
Bumblebee[]
Bumblebee is based on the Live-Action films series directed by Michael Bay, in which he has the signature door wings, and similar armor plating.
High Octane Bumblebee[]
High Octane Bumblebee is based on numerous black repaints of Bumblebee, which included his Prime and Live-action movie counterparts, though the name derives from the Age of Extinction toy of the same name.
Energon Bumblebee[]
Energon Bumblebee is a straight recolor of Bumblebee with Energon-glow aesthetic. The glows are located on his upper torso, his head, the door wings, and on his legs.
Classic Bumblebee[]
Classic Bumblebee is a retool of Bumblebee with similar proportions, but with a new body and head based on his Generation 1 counterpart.
Neon Bumblebee[]
He now has neon green accents on his body.
Personality[]
Being zapped by the EggSpark transformed more than just Chuck's body. He used to be ultra-competitive and desperately striving to prove his skills, but now he prefers to help others show their own powers.
Naturally this change has confused the other Autobirds - they're just waiting for him to suddenly snap and do something crazy! Wait for it... Aaaany minute now...
As one of the smallest, scout Autobirds, Bumblebee often finds himself in trouble. He tries his best, but for some reason that he can't figure out, his habit of acting without thinking often gets him into tricky situations.
But don't worry - his bravery, smarts and speed haven't let him down yet! Also, what's life without a little adventure? Amiright? Let's go!
Bumblebee's weapon is rapid firing but low damage, making it great at taking out wooden tower blocks, but poor at tougher enemies and stone blocks. Best to transform and use his extreme speed to outrun bigger threats. Zoom!
He's also great against flying and falling pigs, and at shooting down incoming missiles.
Game appearances[]
Bumblebee[]
Bumblebee is the 2nd unlockable character on the game's map, requiring 70 Pigs to unlock and rescue him. During gameplay, Bumblebee fires a series of fast-moving missiles in a straight line. The missiles are quite effective against wood and ice blocks, but not so effective against stone blocks. In an update, the missiles has an Incendiary Round effect. This not only him allows him to burn down wood and ice blocks, but also damage enemies.
High Octane Bumblebee[]
High Octane Bumblebee is the 23th unlockable character on the game's map, requiring 2800 Pigs to unlock and rescue him. During gameplay, High Octane Bumblebee fires a barrage of missiles in rapid succession, retaining its effectiveness against wood and ice blocks, and its ineffectiveness against stone blocks. The trade off from the rapid fire rate is the loss of his standard counterpart's Incendiary Round effect as well as having a much longer reload speed. Completing a level as High Octane Bumblebee grants the player an "Ultimate Character Bonus", giving the player additional coins if they managed to complete the level. Failing the level only gives the player the Pigs they destroyed.
Energon Bumblebee[]
Energon Bumblebee can be unlocked either through Special Events for 10,000 Event Tokens, purchasing his bundle for 2,000 Gems, or from Gold Crates. During gameplay, Energon Bumblebee fires a trio of blue lasers similar to that of Optimus Prime's which alternatively spins clockwise every time the weapon is fired Like the other Energon characters in the game, Energon Bumblebee can heal himself with Energon cubes, but takes more damage as a trade-off.
Classic Bumblebee[]
Classic Bumblebee can be unlocked either through Special Events for 10,000 Event Tokens, purchasing his bundle for 2,000 Gems, or from Gold Crates. During gameplay, Classic Bumblebee's weapon fires a blue projectile that sends blocks and pigs flying to the left, causing them to crash back down and be destroyed.
Neon Bumblebee[]
Neon Bumblebee could be unlocked from Season 26 of the War Pass. During gameplay, Neon Bumblebee is identical to his normal counterpart, with the only difference being his ability to replenish health by collecting Energon Cubes at the cost of taking more damage.

Trivia[]
- Though clearly based on the classic Volkswagen Beetle, Classic Bumblebee's alt mode appears to have elements of a Volkswagen New Beetle, such as the addition of a spoiler and rectangular brake light.
- Classic Bumblebee was released a few days earlier to promote the then recent Transformers film released on December 21st 2018, aptly named Bumblebee.
- Also, prior to being released as a playable character, there was a bundle costing 10,000 Event Tokens which originally included a number of Gems and Classic Bumblebee. This was most likely a glitch.

- Although most likely a complete coincidence, Bumblebee's head antennas appears to bear resemblance to a concept art (seen on the right) of the live-action counterpart of Bumblebee for his appearance in Transformers: Age of Extinction, which originally had a dorsal fin-like shape to it.
- Neon Bumblebee's literal neon green coloration may have take inspiration from a brief scene in the Bumblebee film, where a massive Energon surge caused by Bumblebee when he messes with an electrical outlet is represented in the color green.
