Carl is Harold's uncle, and an antagonist.

Carl is identical to Harold's design, except he has a feather layout like a macaw and wears a pirate hat.

In Camp Splintarrrwood!, he is trying to destroy Camp Splinterwood with his crew. He and his family descended from a famous pirate called Blue Beak. The reason for this is because Blue Beak also used what is now Camp Splinterwood as a secret pirate hideout.
