Fire the first Chuck through the cardboard boxes in the bottom-left, taking out one of the support boxes of the first tower. This should cause the entire left structure to collapse. Fire the next Chuck through the cardboard boxes of the right structure, causing it to collapse as well. If necessary, trigger the TNT in the bottom-right to reach the last marmoset.

Zoom out and you'll see a labeled unbreakable crate perched high above. Use a Chuck to hit the TNT that lies atop. You can either hit the TNT square-on or ricochet off the higher unbreakable crate. Note, if you're on an iPhone or similar device with a small screen the “higher” crate is not visible even when zoomed out; it is there, though.
