It's a tournament made to celebrate the Cherry Blossom Festival that happens from March to April and in Japan. It features various Japanese features but one of the most important ones is the Japanese music ambience in the levels.

Background[]
The tournament is set in Japan, where there are grass hills with various curved cherry tress and yellow flowers. In the far background there's Mount Fuji and behind it there are mountains with various Japanese temples. The sky is blue and sunny with large clouds.
The foreground is a cobblestone hill with grass on top and moss over it that is set behind a greeny river with lily pads and flowers.
