Hektor Porko is hardly to kill when the gap is too narrow.
Getting 3 Stars isn't that hard.
The small pig is hard to kill.
Strategy[]
Sending First Lightning Birds and Splitting them out to hitting on the first small pig like you did similar to 2-9, Send Ice Bird to killing 1 small pig and even Hektor Porko and Sending Second Lightning Birds to kill the remaining pigs.
