Send Luke up into the top reaches of the atmosphere so he loops around and into the ice beams connecting the boulders to the right battle station. As debris flies around you should be able to take down the top boulders too, which will earn you a 1-birder.[1] If necessary, use another bird to clear the remaining pigs.
