He is a large Pig, resembling that of King Pig, with a wide twisted smile on his face. He has a messy orange moustache, blue glasses, a pair of grey goggles on his head, and a red jumpsuit.

He appears as a boss with only an idle and defated sprite in both the Retro Games Tournament, the Sonic & Angry Birds Friends Special Tournament and the Unleashing the Shadow Tournament.
