Glenn is Eagle Island's top scientist helping bring Zeta's vision for a superweapon to life. Glenn is understandably nervous, knowing that his past few predecessors didn't keep their jobs long enough to see the weapon come to fruition. Zeta, especially Glenn, hopes that things will be different this time.

Appearance

He is a Changeable hawk-eagle with a white body and head of the same color, brown arms, a yellow curved beak with a dark spot, feet of the same color, blue pupils and beige hair. He wears a green tie and black glasses.

Personality

Glenn is a scientist of Eagle Island as said above, he is goofy and worried, he helps Zeta on her plan of launching Ice Balls to the islands, he often sleeps below his desk on an inflatable rubber mattress, when he needs to urinate, he does it on plastic bottles and hides it inside a ridge. In one scene, Glenn can be seen singing Baby Shark and his workers hanging out with Bomb at The Regal Eagle.

Due to his failure to destroy both Bird Island and Piggy Island, Zeta locked him in the torture chamber as punishment. However, he got a second chance and managed to destroy the tip of Eagle Mountain and Mighty Eagle's cave. Zeta noticed that no one was panicking when it was damaged, so she told Glenn to create ice balls that would contain lava inside.

On Eagle Island, Glenn takes his three grandhatchlings on tour around his work, sending them to locations like the Super Weapon, The Reagle Eagle, a torture chamber where his friend Steve was at, due to their horror. Glenn began to doubt that his grandhatchlings were having a terrible time, but they reassured him that they loved him no matter what.
