Hank is a bird in Angry Birds Evolution that can be obtained at any time in the hatchery.
Biography[]
Hank is a self-made bird... literally!
With a lot of hard work and, uh, a few “protein shakes", this runt of the litter transformed himself into Bird Town's biggest beefcake.
Dark secret: when nobody’s looking, Hank cries like a newly-hatched chick at the chafing of his unnaturally bulky thighs.

He is a brownish white cockatiel bird with a strong body and moderate wings, an orange curved pointy beak, two large eyes that are almost closed, bushy black eyebrows, dark spots on the cheeks, a large white-to-raspberry mohican, a purple tail and orange talons with two toes.
He wears a black tank top with the inscription No Grain, No Gain!.
Evolution[]
The tips of his feathers on his face, head, and chest become raspberry gray, he has a horsetail-like hair, there are more feathers for the crest, a dark flame tattoo on the chest and a bit of beard on each of the cheeks. The shirt is now a suit that now reads “Hatched to lift ” between a bench press and it has a red line below it. The look has become angrier.

- ''No Grain No Gain!'' written on his normal tank top is a pun on the phrase ''No Pain No Gain!'', often said by bodybuilders and it means that without effort they can't get strong. Grain is often eaten by birds.
- ''Hatched to Lift'' written on his evolution bodysuit is a pun on the phrase ''Born to Lift'', also often said by bodybuilders, which means that lifting weights is something they like to do. Hatched is because birds come from eggs.
