Ironhide is an Autobird in Angry Birds Transformers
Appearance[]
Ironhide[]
Ironhide is a retool of Heatwave with a new body based on his Generation 1 counterpart.
Security Officer Ironhide[]
He now has battle damages. His body is also maroon rather than red.
Neon Ironhide[]
He now has green neon lights on his body. His upper limbs are also green rather than grey, and his face is paler.
Personality[]
Ironhide much prefers action to words as a warrior which is represented by his weapons loadouts and bustin' Deceptihogs attitude. He's an oldie, but a goodie and reminds other that they don't make them like they used to anymore.
Ironhide may seem gruff and grumpy, but if you take the time to look underneath you'll find... that he really is gruff and grumpy! But look under THAT and you'll see that he's dedicated to caring for his team and is absolutely focused on the mission. But look under THAT and there's lots and lots more gruff grumpiness. Lighten up there, fella!
Game appearance[]
Angry Birds Transformers[]
Ironhide can be unlocked either through Challenge Events for 10000 Tokens, purchasing his bundle, or from Gold Crates. During gameplay, Ironhide's weapon is similar to Sentinel Prime; firing a trio of blasts. However, the blasts have a much faster fire rate, allowing Ironhide to take out fast moving enemies like flying pigs or multiple structures at a faster rate. Like the characters sharing his weapon, Ironhide is still vulnerable to missiles, so players must use Energonicons like Shieldor or Electroblast.

Trivia[]
- Oddly enough, Ironhide has Sentinel Prime's Sword accessory. This is either a carryover from Sentinel Prime, who also has a similar weapon to Ironhide, or it could a reference to Sentinel Prime murdering Ironhide in Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
- The 3D model of Ironhide, along with Mirage, Alpha Trion, Grapple, Greenlight, and Kup were all accidentally leaked on November 23, 2018, by 3D artist Luke Clark, which can be found on his ArtStation.
- His neon variant's green and red color scheme may be a reference to Christmas, which is in the same month as the day he was added to the game.
