Items are objects used by pigs in the game. They are usually background items and do not play a major role during the game, except for unlocking Golden Eggs.
List of Items:
- Diamonds
- Donuts
- Hams
- Trophies
- Treasure Chests
- Fruit: Strawberries, Watermelons, Bananas
- Flags
- Pick-axes: First seen in Mine and Dine. If hit on the ground, they dig up things, such as dynamite and boulders to help kill pigs.
- Lanterns
- Bells
- Glass of Juice
- Juice Pitcher
- Slice of Lemon
- Picnic Basket
- Pumpkins
- Skeleton
- Beach Balls
- Big Rubber Duckies
- Glowing Skull
- Explosive Jack o' lantern: Functions as a bomb
- TNT Crates: Crates that explode upon contact
- Dice Block: Decreases in number of dots each time damaged
- Smiley Face: First seen in Theme 1-3
- Pillar: Arguably the largest item in the game, pillars are strong items that support structures.

These items represent the holiday the are in and reward the player with 1000-3000 points if destroyed.
- Jack o' Lanterns: 3000 points, in Trick or Treat and Ham'o'ween
- Presents: 3000 points, in Season's Greedings and Wreck the Halls
- Heart Chocolates: 3000 points, in Hogs and Kisses
- Gold Coin Pile: 1000 points, in Go Green, Get Lucky
- Pot o' Gold: 3000 points, in Go Green, Get Lucky
- Easter Egg: 1000 points, in Easter Eggs
- Flower: 3000 points, in Summer Pignic
- Pinwheel: 1000 points, in Summer Pignic
