Judge Peckinpah is an owl who is standing on another bird to hide his true size from The Angry Birds Movie. He is voiced by Keegan-Michael Key.
Personality
Not much is known about Judge Peckinpah, but he's shown to be strict, as he is shown to sent Red to anger management courses. He holds a grudge on Red, because of his anger and him distrusting the pigs, until the Pigs stealing the eggs
