Use the blues to destroy the upper plant closest to the slingshot. They will then bounce around and kill some of the pigs, maybe even free the two trapped birds while they're at it. If the pig closest to the fruit tree is still alive, then boomerang Hal into the tree to kill him. Use Stella and/or Matilda to clean up any mess.
