• Brian Drummond voiced Knuckles in Sonic Underground. Drummond would later go on to voice members of The Three in Angry Birds: Summer Madness.
• Like all of the characters that appeared in the Friends Tournament, Knuckles is shown in his Sonic Adventure art style.
• A hat based on him was worn by The Blues in Angry Birds 2.
