Trivia[]
- While the LEGO deal may be brand-new, there is already building sets for Angry Birds by KNEX. However those sets focus on knocking structures down as in the game, but the sets by LEGO consist of scenes within the movie.
- For the game "LEGO Dimensions", there was a concept for the season 3 to include the Angry Birds series, due to the sets coming out during the game's release [2]
- There were no LEGO sets released for The Angry Birds Movie 2, likely because the film released the same year as The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part, and the sets of one film might have clashed with another, and potentially cannibalized sales. Possibly for this reason, Rovio partnered with another company called "Edukie", which is a knock-off version of the LEGO brand.
