Speed Chuck through the chains holding the boulders above the level. Damage can vary a bit, but the goal is to clear most of the marmosets. Use Matilda to bomb the leftmost remaining marmoset, destroying some boxes as well to earn extra points. If needed, snipe any remaining monkeys with another Chuck.

Zoom out to see the labeled crate behind the slingshot. While Chuck can certainly break the crate, bombing it with Matilda is easier.
