Throw Red as far as possible, bouncing him off the awning on the right side and back into the right side of the main structure. Bomb the leftmost structure and ricochet through the sand blocks above with Matilda. Finish off with Hal straight ahead.

The bush under the slingshot platform is labeled, and you have exactly one Hal to reach it. You can try either direction, but going forward is easier since you will definitely always see the bird. Keep in mind that Hal will travel nearly perfectly horizontally on its way back if you fire him close to horizontal.
