He has a massive exposed brain, which is protected by a dome, piercing red pupils and an overall skeletal appearance. He is also wearing a space suit.

From his limited appearance, he can be depicted as pure evil and merciless, zapping Red with his unusual ray gun.

Despite only appearing on a subscriber version of the cover, we can see the Martian Pig zapping Red with some kind of ray gun. More of his kind can be seen landing in the background for a hostile takeover.
