Mikael Hed was the former CEO of Rovio Entertainment.[1] He is credited to making Angry Birds the global brand it is today.[2] Other games he has made also include Amazing Alex.[3] In 2014 he stepped down due to falling profits and appointed Pekka Rantala.[4] Mikael also acted as an executive producer of the Angry Birds Stella TV series[5] and The Angry Birds Movie.[6]
In 2017, he founded Kaiken Entertainment, which collaborated with Rovio to make TV animations.[7]
