Oliver is a green, short, chubby little pig with big light blue green eyes. He was first seen covered in mud before he was bathed by the cannonball-caused tsunami.

Oliver is seen after Red, Chuck, Bomb, and Terence send a tsunami in the direction of Pig City complaining to his mother about taking a bath, and then is swept by the water along with his mother. Oliver later helped Zoe, Vincent, and Samantha with Sophie and Isla.
