Penley is a major character within Angry Birds Summer Madness, first appearing in The New Pig.
Appearance[]
Penley is an anthropomorphic pale-green pig with a pair of glasses (possibly due to having trouble seeing without them), and three dark green spots on the side of his head, to his right. He has a triangular nose and a belly button, unlike most of the pigs.
Personality[]
After arriving at Camp Splinterwood, he didn't know the birds but soon got settled and became friends with the birds. He is also good at building, just like Mechanic Pig. Unlike the rest of the cast, he speaks in oinks and squeals. He has a huge love for Pigmas, and worries for it seemingly more than the other characters.

When he mistakenly landed at Camp Splinterwood, Red and the squad decided to give him the grand tour and help him get settled. He then appears in several episodes after The New Pig.

- Penley is one of the few pigs to attend Camp Splinterwood, as opposed to the Pig Camp.
- Penley is voiced by Chuck's Finnish voice actor both in Summer Madness and in the games since Angry Birds Toons.
- Penley is another one of the pigs with the talent of building structures, the most well-known being Mechanic Pig with his vehicle creations.
