As the Super Seeds, the Power Potion had the appearance of a happy Red eating a lot of seeds of many different colors in a yellow background, before changing Red's expression to a more triumphant tone. After it was renamed the Power Potion, it was redesigned to have an angrier Red with a bottle with a purple liquid next to him in an equally purple background.
Game appearances[]
Angry Birds Friends[]
In Angry Birds Friends, the Power Potion is a power-up that can be used in any level as long as the player has one. Formerly known as the Super Seeds, it can be used on any playable character that is on the slingshot. It can be obtained by opening gifts, though the roulette, or by buying it at the shop. Also, at the Star Cup, there is a chance that the player will be given a Power Potion for free.
When used on gameplay, the character on the slingshot will notably enlarge. This will make them much stronger than before. Whenever said character collides with an object, they will throw small purple particles. In addition, the enlarged character can be much stronger if the Power Potion is matched with the King Sling and/or a special slingshot.
But from June 15-Unknown 2025, an event called Power Potion Frenzy made it so you can use 8 Power Potions per Level instead of the usual 2[1]. Then on July 23 2025, this has changed that the amount of Power Potions has increased usage from 2 to 4 per stage.
The costs of the Power Potion in the shop are as follows:
In the original Angry Birds, and its Chinese version, the Power Potion is a power-up that was added in 2012 with the Surf and Turf update as the Super Seeds. It was later renamed the Power Potion. The player can obtain various Power Potions by buying them at the shop, by opening eggs, or by watching an ad.
