The Red Robot is a robotic doppelgänger of Red made to attack birds. It first appeared in the Angry Birds Slingshot Stories episode "Red Goes Rogue".

Appearance

The Red robot is a metallic version of Red, and thus closely resembles him. It has glowing eyes that can turn red, yellow or green depending its target and if it senses its target to begin with. Its resemblance to Red led Chuck and Bomb to briefly believe it was the real Red.

Personality

The robot acts hostilely and pursues whatever it is designated to target, with that seemingly being its only desire and motive. It can be set to target birds or pigs via the dial in its back.

Media appearance

Angry Birds Slingshot Stories

In the tenth episode of season four of Angry Birds Slingshot Stories, "Red Goes Rogue", the robot appears as the primary antagonist. Upon activating, it immediately seeks out and chases Chuck and Bomb, being programmed to target birds. However, after Chuck finds a switch on its back, the robot's settings are changed to target pigs instead, resulting in it pursuing two Minion Pigs.

Trivia

The label on the Red robot's settings has been accused of being generated by AI.
