S.P.A.R.K. is a drone built by the Space Pigs to find Eggs in the Flock's solar system. With no success, it was driven off from Earth and then destroyed on Pluto, along with its creators being left to freeze in space.
S.P.A.R.K. is a metallic egg-shaped drone with a small red light, broken wire on its top, and speaker. Yellow accents surround the aforementioned parts. It is also held together by bolts. In Angry Birds Reloaded, the broken wire seems to resemble a weirdly designed fuse. Its reskin in Danger Zone is round, has a pig snout and several Hertz horns, all of which are painted red.
Overview[]
S.P.A.R.K. appears in every level of the Solar System episode in Angry Birds Space and acts as a bomb; if any object collides with it, its light will flash for a while and then explodes, showing trivia about the planet or spacecraft at the bottom right of the screen. The explosion is weak in its destructive capabilities, but it can push anything in its radius by a significant distance. S.P.A.R.K. will not activate if pushed back without directly colliding, such as the knockback of TNT or Space Eagle.
All of the information collected can be reviewed by pressing the S.P.A.R.K button on the level select. The maximum of facts to be collected is 5 for each of the 15 levels.
In Angry Birds Reloaded, S.P.A.R.K.'s tidbits are completely absent, and merely explodes. It is brought back in Danger Zone's final level, being repainted as a mine that appears in Phase 1 and Phase 5.
