Fire the first Chuck through the higher oil drum on the far left of the level. At most, two cages should remain on the left side of the gap. Loft the next Chuck through the chains holding the canisters. The resulting explosion should clear the left side and some of the right. Use the last Chuck through the second row from the bottom on the far right to break the remaining cages.

The oil drum above the slingshot is labeled. Fire Chuck vertically (and slightly backwards). Use the speed burst early to get the trajectory right.
