Bomb the bottom-left corner of the structure with the first Matilda. Most boxes and all cages on the left side should break. This results in an easier shot into the bottom-left of the right structure, causing most of those boxes and all remaining cages to break. Some players switch the order of these shots, which is perfectly fine.

The crate on the far right of the level is labeled. Fire Matilda so that the egg is dropped between the two towers. You want to time it so she passes through the top of the right tower, hitting crates to slow down and fall off the ledge on the right.
