South Hamerica is the first episode of Season 2014 of Angry Birds Seasons, and the eighteenth episode overall. It was released in July 2014 and is the third Summer-themed episode, the first being Summer Pignic and the second being Piglantis. It shows a little about the customs and culture of South America. This is also the summer trip to South America.
This episode's stone blocks have Incan-esque symbols on them.
The update of this episode also changed the Super Seeds Power-Up to Power Potions, alongside with other updates to the Angry Birds series. The Power Potions still do the same effect as Super Seeds, although they are a bit stronger.
This is the last season to be released on PC and Mac.
New Features[]
There are special Pig Days levels in an Advent-style set of levels. It starts in July 19. each level with a different festive theme. It also has its original sprites.
Announcement[]
On June 30, Rovio announced on Facebook that "The Birds Are Flying to South Hamerica Soon!" On July 1, they announced that they are making another seasons episode named South Hamerica. The episode is themed around the ancient Inca Empire of Peru, and features mountainous terrain to match.

Trivia[]
- The title of the episode is a pun on the continent, South America.
- The music for the South Hamerica theme is in D minor at ??? bpm.
- This is also the first ever Angry Birds Seasons episode to be set in South America. Specifically, it is set in Peru, which housed the Inca civilization, home to the famous city of Machu Picchu. However, the poster takes place on Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- There is also a teaser picture where there are footballs in it, possibly a reference to the 2014 FIFA World Cup, which was held in Brazil. However, this episode doesn't involve any footballs. It is set in the mountains of Peru.
- King Pig uses his pre-chrome design on the menu, similar to the first two episodes.
- The loading screen for this episode has the birds' and pigs' Toons design. However, the episode icon doesn't.
- This is the third time Red and Chuck are squinting on the level selection screen, second being Abra-Ca-Bacon and first being Haunted Hogs.
- As of this episode, all 12 months have at least had an episode release for Angry Birds Seasons.
