Tabitha St. Germain, formerly known as Paulina Gillis, (born October 30, 1964; age 58) is a Canadian voice actress. Although she is perhaps better known to Canadian audiences as an award-winning stage actress, she has provided the voices for such animated characters as Toa Nokama in Bionicle, Roberta in Black Lagoon, Flay Allster in Gundam SEED, Nazz in the first season of Ed, Edd n Eddy, Heloise on Jimmy Two-Shoes, Mystake in season 8 and 9, Roise, Sammy, Andrea Thomson, Akita, Murtessa, and Ginkle on Ninjago, and Rarity, Granny Smith, Princess Luna, Derpy Hooves and many others in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. If she's around, the fun will most certainly be doubled.
