The Ring Master is, unsurprisingly, the ringmaster of the Pig Top Circus. He makes his first and only appearance in Piggy Island Heroes: Piggies and Pirates.
Appearance[]
The Ring Master has a curly and thin neck beard and mustache. He also wears a tall top hat with red cloth wrapped around the bottom. His facial hair has a passing resemblance to Chef Pig.
Personality[]
As to be expected from a successful business owner, The Ring Master is shrewd and always keeping an eye out for talent. With that said, he is also a very empathetic individual. When Pump makes a pitiful attempt to get a job at Pig Top, The Ring Master lets him down lightly, and tells him to come back when he thinks he has something impressive. While the other Pigs mock Pump for his ineptitude and clumsiness, The Ring Master recognizes his comedic abilities and happily offers him a job as a clown, even after Pump wrecks his freshly repaired car.

Pig Dreamer[]
Pig Dreamer begins with Pump going into Pig Top Circus to ask The Ring Master for a position as a circus performer. The Ring Master asks Pump what his skills are, who is unable to provide an answer. The Ring Master, feeling sorry for Pump, tells him to come back when Pump has something exceptional to show off, and then he would consider him.
The next time The Ring Master sees Pump is when he crashes into a pastry shop. The Ring Master takes note of the other Pigs uproarious laughter as Pump sheepishly slinks off. Some time later, Pump drives by The Ring Master while trying to his car to him, crashing into several things, totaling the car, and flying through the Pig Top Circus' roof. Pump's display of slapstick turns out to be so immaculate that The Ring Master offers him a job as a clown on the spot, which he accepts.
