The Wii is a video game console, first being released in 2006, and 2 other variants later being released in later years. The Wii had several channels such as the Mii Channel (where players can make Miis), the Wii Shop Channel (where players could purchase Virtual Console and WiiWare games plus download new channels), the Internet Channel (where players can browse the internet), the Check Mii Out Channel (where players could share their Miis with others and enter them into contests), the Nintendo Channel (where players could see what's new in the world of Nintendo and download demos of Nintendo DS games through Download Play), and more.
